    I am a big Simon Sinek fan as well..

    I was truly inspired by his book named “Leaders East Last”.In this he talks about the chemical named oxytocin and the importance of it in our lives.

    Oxytocin flows in our veins when we are truly fulfilled by either helping others or through acts of generosity.Human beings by virtue of being social animals crave for human bonds and when we feel fulfilled being amidst people whom we trust and feel safe , oxytocin flows through our veins and give us fulfillment.

    Oxytocin has been known to increase immunity in human beings as well.
